Website delivery

When you request the website, technical connection data is processed to deliver its content and maintain security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is the reliable and secure provision of this free games website.

Hosting

This website is delivered through Cloudflare Workers Static Assets. Recipients of technical access data include Cloudflare group companies, particularly Cloudflare, Inc., USA, and their infrastructure and IT service providers. Requests involve the IP address, requested URL, time and HTTP headers sent by the browser. This connection is necessary to deliver the website.

Logs and retention

Cloudflare processes technical traffic, routing and security data to operate, troubleshoot and protect its network. Its privacy policy bases retention on the processing purpose, service requirements, the nature and sensitivity of data, legal and contractual obligations and applicable limitation periods. The policy linked below explains these criteria.

Recipients and international transfers

Cloudflare operates a global network; data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Cloudflare’s published data processing agreement provides, in particular, EU Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers within their scope and describes the relevant safeguards. The agreement and clauses are available through the link below. You may contact me with questions about the processing of your data.

Network protection and responsibilities

Cloudflare’s privacy policy distinguishes processing on behalf of customers from its own responsibility, including for certain network data. The choice concerning local saved games, reports and preferences controls only the browser storage functions described below. Technical processing involved in delivering the website occurs when the page is requested.

Local game data and your choice

The three optional purposes are saved games (including the office prologue), final reports with associated game history, and display/sound preferences. They use this browser’s local storage only after your consent. The game remains playable without these optional functions; temporary game data then remains in the running page. Reloading or leaving may lose this progress. This storage feature does not send game contents to a server.

The basis for optional device storage/access is section 25(1) TDDDG and, insofar as personal data is processed, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. The separate choice record contains the consent text version, date and selected purposes, without a user identifier. It is valid for up to 180 days to respect your settings and is stored until replaced by a new choice or cleared with browser site data (section 25(2)(2) TDDDG; insofar as applicable Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Game data remains until you delete it, withdraw consent, or clear browser site data. Privacy settings allow you to change your choice at any time. Withdrawal stops further optional persistence and deletes the registered data for the revoked category. Previously stored data is not read before a valid choice; first-time refusal does not automatically delete old saves. “Delete stored game data” removes the registered saves, reports and preferences and disables their persistence. No account is required and no automated decision with legal effects is made.

Email

If you contact me by email, I process the contact details and message you provide to respond to your enquiry (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing these details is voluntary. Email and IT service providers handle delivery and administration, including technical transmission data. My legitimate interest is to handle and answer your enquiry. Retention depends on the purpose and any need for follow-up, statutory retention obligations or the establishment or defence of claims. I cannot reply without a contact address at which you can be reached.

Your rights

Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future; this does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
